TERMS & CONDITIONS
All rates stipulated are in EURO including VAT. All taxes and duties will be charged at the prevailing VAT rate at time of invoicing.
Please note that this reservation is Guaranteed and remains valid for late arrival after 6:00 PM. Cancellations or no-showsmade after 3:00 PM, 24 hours prior to arrival, will incur a charge of 100% of the first night's stay. Check-in is available from3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and checkout is required by 12:00 PM on the day of departure.
Early check-in/Late check-out may be available, subject to availability.
Children 12 years and under stay free when sharing a room with a parent or guardian, using existing bedding.
If you arrive earlier, The Orangerie Bar and Lounge is available for lunch from 12:00 PM each day, and you can avail of our complimentary luggage storage service at reception. We highly recommend dining in talavera Restaurant for your evening meal, which offers the finest Italian cuisine.
Our on-site Beauty room (White Willow) is available for massages and body treatments directly at
